Want to know what make up I'll be using in January?
Hey! Welcome to my new blog post. Since the new year is upon us I've decided to really get use out of all my make up this year so each month I will be switching up the makeup products that I am using and I will be showing you along the way , just in case your interested. I was quite worried I wasn't going to get this post up in time as I normally write my posts up on Sunday, however after a long long day exploring Knowsley Safari Park I have managed to still squeeze writing up this blog post for you. Enjoy!
Face Products
Sooo... to begin with lets tackle face products. For foundation I will be using up my last bit of L'Oreal Paris Infallible 24 Hours Foundation. I quite like this foundation however there isn't much left so I'm just going to finish off the bottle. I wouldn't say it is full coverage but it does give you a nice glow. I don't know anyone who would want to wear foundation for 24 hours but I mean if you do it's not very good for you skin! Next is concealer and for that I will be using Collection Lasting Perfection . Again I am just finishing off what little I have left but I live for this concealer and I need to repurchase immediately. I totally forgot to mention primer, I will be using This Works in Transit Camera Close-up and for powder I will be trying out the Rimmel Insta Matte Powder which is new to me. For contour I will be trying out my new cream kit from Barry M and for extra warmth a bronzer from the affordable brand MUA. Finally in the face section I will be trying the Anastasia Beverly Hills Ultimate Glow Kit which I picked up on sale at Cult Beauty.
Eye Products
For eye makeup I'm going to be keeping it simple in terms of eye shadow and a less intense mascara just because..why not? Now lets get brows out of the way first as I realised this should probably be under face products but it's to late to change that now. I will be using a so called semi permanent brow powder from Ruby Cosmetics, now I wouldn't call it semi permanent but it does make a nice powder. Now for eye shadow I will be using a single golden shimmer shadow along with the shadows in my NYX New York set which also comes with a lippy and a blush and highlight. For eyeliner and mascara I will be using the Rodial smokey eye pen and the Skin Chemist 3 in 1 mascara.

Lip Products
Now for my favourite part...after highlighter of course! Time for my lippys. Now i really want to wear more lip liner as I'm only just starting to use them, so for this month i will be using some by True Lips. For my more subtle days I have a tinted lip balm from Baby lips in Grapefruit Zing. For my average everyday looks I have a colour elixir lipstick from Max Factor in Rasin and a nude from MDMflow in Bossy. I usually hate gloss but this one from Accesorize is gorgeous. Finally My fave lippy from Colourpop is a satin lip in Calypso. I loove the formula of this lippy as it's so creamy and dreamy!
Finally! That is all the make up that I will be exploring in January 2018! Some new make up and some old make up. I will be trying to upload every Monday from now on. I also created a new Facebook page for the blog so you can keep updated so make sure you check out my social media links at the top of the page.
Have a great day!
